If you’ve been served with a lawsuit, you’ve received a final notice from the IRS or your state, or you’re thinking about bankruptcy, talk to a lawyer before you sign anything or move money. Your state bar association can refer you to one. I’ll still help with the numbers, but the lawyer comes first.
